What is a Customer Account?

Customer Account is a place where the identity of the customer is stored, including order history, current order status and address.  This information is  pre-filled from the stored information at checkout.  Accounts are optional and are created manually by the customer. 

How do I create a Customer Account?

A Customer can create an Account at checkout or by clicking on the Account Login icon located left of the search icon in the upper, right hand corner of the webpage.  The account is set up with an email and password provided by the customer.  Once the account is established, and are logged in, the account icon will be replaced with the words "MY ACCOUNT".  

How can I log into my Customer Account?

To log into an existing Customer Account, click on the Account Icon or "MY ACCOUNT" in the upper, right corner of the home page, left of the search icon.  You will need to enter the same email and password used to establish the account.  If either are forgotten, follow the options from the login screen to retrieve and reset them.

What is a Customer Portal?

Customer Portal is a place where you log in to manage subscriptions.  It is automatically created for a customer who creates a subscription order.  They are not optional. 

How do I access my Customer Portal?

You can access your Customer Portal either by the unique hashed link provided in the email notifications sent when the account was first established OR by logging into your Customer Account via the store's login page as long as the email provided for both the Portal and Account are the same.  

What is the difference between a Customer Portal and Customer Account?

A Customer Portal is automatically created as a necessity for customers who establish subscription orders, whereas a Customer Account is optional and manually created by a customer to store information.

Why am I getting an error message that I do not have any subscriptions, when I indeed have one in attempt to manage them?

If you are trying to access your subscriptions through a previously established Customer Account instead of the Customer Portal and that account was not established with the same email provided at the initial subscription order, you will receive a message that states;

"You currently do not have have any subscriptions.  If you did buy a subscription and don't see it here make sure to create an account using the email you used when purchasing the subscription."

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Log into your Customer Portal.  Click the "Manage Subscriptions" link.  From there you can access;

  • Delivery Schedule
  • Subscriptions
  • Billing Information
  • Purchase History

How do I cancel a subscription?

Once logged in, click the "Subscription" tab. Next to each product that you are subscribed is a CANCEL button.  You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

How do I update my billing information for my subscription?

Once logged in, click the "Billing Information" tab. There you can update and change the method and billing address.

How do I skip a delivery for my subscription?

Once logged in, click the "Deliverytab to see the upcoming deliveries for your subscription.  To skip a delivery you can click "SKIP" to the right of each subscription.

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?

Once logged in, click the "Subscriptionstab and click "EDIT" to the right of the address.  This only affects the shipping/delivery address.  It does not update the billing information related to method of payment.

How do I add product to my subscription?

Once logged in, click the "Subscriptions" tab then click "ADD PRODUCT".  This will open a pop-up where you can search, view and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries.  You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.

Can I swap a product in my subscription?  If yes, how?

Yes, you can swap out a product in a subscription.

Once logged in, click the "Subscriptions" tab to view the current subscription products.  One the far right, you can select "SWAP" and select the replacement product.  Product price differences will be updated.
